Educational Qualifications:

Experience Requirements:

Total Experience: 8–10 years in the construction industry
Interior Works Experience: Minimum 3 years in handling high-end interior finishing
Project Exposure:
- Must have managed Commercial, Residential, Township, or Plotting projects
- Minimum individual project value handled: ₹150 Cr
- Strong preference for experience with reputed developers like Akshat, Mahima, Aashiyana, DLF, Omaxe, Ansal, Amarpali, Supertech, Raheja, or equivalent

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Execute and oversee all interior and finishing activities as per project timelines and quality standards
Review and finalize construction drawings, designs, and BOQs for interior works
Plan and manage detailed construction schedules, resource allocations, and work progress
Lead coordination with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure timely execution
Prepare, manage, and validate project budgets related to interiors and finishing
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor workmanship, progress, and compliance with specifications
Verify and finalize contractor bills and ensure proper documentation
Assist the Purchase Team in sourcing interior materials and validating vendor quality
Manage on-site manpower, subcontractors, and ensure adherence to safety protocols
Drive process improvements, operational efficiency, and timely delivery
Ensure execution meets the highest quality standards and client expectations

Strong technical understanding of interior finishes, materials, and installation techniques
Proven leadership and team management capabilities
Excellent project planning, budgeting, and cost control skills
Effective communication and stakeholder coordination
Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and project tracking tools
