The Liaisoning Officer will be responsible for managing and maintaining effective communication and coordination with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and local stakeholders. The role ensures that all statutory approvals, permits, licenses, and clearances required for company projects are obtained in a timely manner, while fostering strong professional relationships with relevant agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with government departments, statutory bodies, and local authorities for obtaining project-related approvals, clearances, and licenses.

Maintain and develop strong working relationships with government officials, regulatory agencies, and external stakeholders.

Track, monitor, and ensure compliance with applicable rules, regulations, and statutory requirements.

Prepare and maintain documentation, applications, and reports required for statutory approvals.

Keep management updated on changes in regulatory frameworks, policies, and procedures impacting company projects.

Represent the company in meetings, hearings, and discussions with government departments and external agencies.

Ensure smooth facilitation of inspections, audits, and compliance verifications by authorities.

Support the project teams in resolving statutory, land, or regulatory issues during execution.

Maintain proper records of liaisoning activities, approvals, and correspondence for audit and reference purposes.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in collecting, verifying, and maintaining land records including Khasra, Khatauni, Jamabandi, and Mutation.

Support land acquisition due diligence and documentation.

Follow up with government offices (Patwari, Tehsildar, UDH, Municipality, etc.) for approvals and compliance.

Prepare and maintain records related to RERA, UDH, and other real estate regulations.

Support senior team members in land conversion, demarcation, and zoning approvals.

Maintain updated compliance trackers, MIS, and documentation for internal and statutory purposes.

Assist in resolving day-to-day land-related issues and coordination with stakeholders.

Key Competencies

Basic knowledge of land revenue processes, mutation, and compliance requirements.

Good communication and liaisoning skills with local authorities.

Strong documentation and record-keeping ability.

Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of land acquisition and compliance.

5 to 10 years of proven experience in liaisoning, preferably in Infrastructure / Power / EPC /Construction / Renewable Energy / Real Estate sectors.

Strong network and established relationships with government offices and regulatory authorities.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Good understanding of regulatory frameworks, policies, and statutory procedures.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and handle multiple approvals simultaneously.

Proficiency in MS Office and documentation management.

Willingness to travel as per project/site requirements.
