Sales Manager

Job Title: Sales Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a result-oriented Sales Manager to drive revenue growth, expand the customer base, and ensure high customer satisfaction. The role involves achieving ambitious sales targets, managing the sales pipeline, strengthening customer relationships, and improving sales processes through effective CRM usage.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve annual sales target and ensure quarterly revenue goals are meet.
  • Plan and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and market penetration.
  • Generate new business by acquiring new customers and managing key accounts.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction with post-sales feedback score of ≥85%.
  • Manage sales leads efficiently and ensure follow-up within 24 hours.
  • Ensure accurate and timely CRM updates and sales reporting compliance.
  • Monitor sales performance, prepare forecasts, MIS reports, and dashboards.
  • Identify gaps in the sales process and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure smooth order execution.

 

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong sales planning, negotiation, and closure skills
  • Customer acquisition and relationship management
  • CRM tools (Salesforce / Zoho / SAP CRM or similar)
  • Revenue forecasting and pipeline management
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

 

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management
  • 5–8 years of relevant sales experience with proven track record of achieving targets
  • Experience in managing high-value accounts and revenue-driven roles
  • Ability to work independently and handle pressure situations
